This is a re-make/makover of 150 Main Street from The Sim 2. This small bachelor-esk condo is home to the local towns womananizer Don Lothario of Pleasantview. This lot features a colourful living space, one bedroom and deck space with bar and hot tub. The small open-air roof deck on the third floor is apparently the last place Bella Goth was seen.
