Cozy Retreat
Structure and a good part of the floorplan are based on a house I found on Pinterest that looked like a fun challenge. This octagonal home comes complete with a fireplace, hot tub, first floor master bedroom, and relaxing pond. Built for the Rock Ridge lot in Glimmerbrook (the only 40x30 lot there).
