I'm back with a two-family house. I needed an house like this for one of my gameplay: my sim is getting old and her son has a #family on his own. So the smaller lot is for her (2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) as you can tell by the "old style" decorations, while the bigger house is for the bigger family (3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a study and a painting room too).
