I decided to do #AvelineShell3 which I had a ton of fun with! There's one actual bedroom and bathroom, however I've managed to fit 3 sims in this home by arranging it in such a way that the single parent blocked off what would be the living area for themself and gave their two children the bedroom. Everything is playable, and there is a rather large backyard for the sims to have guests over!
