I've built this house using Aveline's Shell for this month's challenge. It's a tier 3 - Small House - but can easily be reconverted to a tier 2 - tiny house - by deleting the foundation in the infinity pool. It's a one bedroom, one bathroom house with working space, a garage and two lovely balconies, where your sim can enjoy breakfeast by the morning sun or a juice by the fire at night.
