This is my entry for the AvelineYT Shell 2! It's an Arts Center where your sims can grow lots of different skills - Performing Arts on the 1st Floor (Acting, Dancing, Music, Singing, Comedy, etc.), 2D Arts on the 2nd (Painting, Photography, Kids' Creativity), and 3D Arts on the 3rd (Floral, Woodworking, Clay Sculpture).
