This is my submission for the shell challenge. This house is suitable for 8sims, but if you have mods you can fit alot more since there are 4 double beds. There is a basament with a whole living space and a bedroom for who i Imagined as being the grandma. There is also a treehouse for the kids once you get to the third floor.
