Woolmers Estate in Tasmania, Australia is a large homestead of sheap rearing Archer Family. The house built in 3 phases in 1821, 1843 and 1847. The 1821 house faced the river, the 1843 extension flipped the entrance around. As a result the house assumes a strange dual frontage. The Archers participated in the exploitation of convict labour transported from Britain during initial colonisation of Australia.
