BaseGame Attic
This is a decent sized traditional house enough for 1 sim. Although the attic can easily be renovated into a small bedroom; however the attic can be quite cold/hot. Since it has an open window, this perticular room is considered to be an open area. Lately I learned how to build houses with attics and want to practice more and this is my second attempt.
