So this is a complete redo of Venessa Jeong's house in Del Sol. It looked so sad for an up and comer. It's a 100 tile small lot with room for 1 or 2 sims and their kid (or roomate), so 2-3 sims total. It has a central glassed in garden for architectural interest and more vibrancy in the small build.
