This #beach #bachelor pad comes complete with a #Gym & rooftop #patio area perfect for entertaining. #playtested #nocc built in #windenburg but would do nicely in #brindletonbay or any #beachy area. To keep it #basegame I used a #fountain on the top level under the #bodega but its perfect spot for a #hottub,The hall bathroom was originally designed to be a #laundry but was converted for same reason. #fixmelilsimie #deligracy #simsupply #xurbansimsx Designed for #goofball #athletic #single sim
