This is the Willow Creek Mental Institution for Females, WCMIF for short. The old building is located on the northern side of town. The wardens room on the second floor is strictly off-limits for the patients. The library has a computer, and there is a murky pool in the gardens, a mirror, an easel and a guitar. One skill building item is missing, probably due to budget cuts. #AsylumChallenge
