This former-mansion-turned-asylum has seen better days, both as a private home and a residential mental health care facility. Budget cuts have meant a lot of shortcuts to patient comfort and facility amenities - heck, there isn't even a staff in residence anymore! Their hours were cut to part time, so they come in for a few hours a week to provide care (well, in theory they do anyway) and the rest of the time, the patients are left to fend for themselves. #MOO #asylumchallenge
