An asylum inspired by modern-day "mental hospitals" in case anyone wants to try the Asylum challenge with this sort of style. The bedrooms are of course underground to cater to paranoid sims. (Or it looked weird with two stories above ground and I like basements.) The electronics are in a room one can lock because in real life people sometimes lose computer/etc privileges.
