After winning the election, Mayor Roswell kept his promise - reopen the Strangerville Asylum to take care of the "special cases" - crescent- in town. The old Roswell mansion was the perfect place for it - since the mayor didn't want to spend a dime more than necessary. The view is the best in town, but the building does need a lot of work - not his problem anymore. The new habitants swear that gremlins come at night...
