This is for the #AsylumChallenge on hard mode. I know, the two double beds makes it count as 6 beds total, but it's incredibly rare that nonplayed sims become friendly enough to allow for someone else to share a bed with them. Three small bunkhouses, plus a main "day room" with shower, kitchen, and a room for the toilet. If you want to be mean, you can put the shower/toilet into one room, and expand the kitchen to include the "dining" table, but I wouldn't recommend it.
