This house is for the #AsylumChallenge rules by simswithcheese on HARD mode. All items are from the base game and are the cheapest items of that kind (excluding plants & decorations which are $50 or less). The house meets all of the requirements for the challenge and has these 5 skill building items: chess table, easel, violin, bar, and garden planter. If you have expansions, swap out the items if they are cheaper for more of a challenge. Please feel free to make this your own & have fun! :)
