It has four cabins, each housing two Sims, with two cabins capable of housing pet cats (dogs would be a difficult matter since they prefer walks, yet your Sims can't leave...) Outside has gardening, BBQing, arts and crafts, yoga and meditation. The main building offers a swimming pool, mini gym (with complimentary laundry appliances), and a reading/dining section.
