Here is the sanatorium that I built and am using for the Asylum Challenge. There are two versions: 1 Base Game, 1 with Packs. There are 3 rooms that have been decorated for effect (Administrators Office, Doctors Office & Therapist Office) so if using for the challenge, I recommend locking these doors to keep the sims out. #asylum #asylumchallenge #estate Like my builds?
