Updated childrens section. [V 2.0] Really wanted a decent observatory type building so I built the Oasis Planetarium. Lot is set as a library, bottom level has a play area, small cafeteria, computer lab, and sciencey lab. Second floor is a library and balcony area. Top floor has a telescope.
