This modern loft has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. I made sure that there was no budget (clearly haha), so your artsy sim can be happy with their surroundings. It is very open planned and the only seperate room is the bathroom. I also play tested this house so your sims shouldnt get stuck. Let me know if they do and I will fix it.
