Here we go... #basement set up to equip with #gym #artstudio or whatever your sim needs for careers. #diningroom can fit an 8 top table with chairs. #furnished with basics so download & move your #towniefamily right in until you're ready to play. Small starter #vegetable #garden and pear tree.
