Built on the #ripplingflats lot, this #artscenter is designed to be a comfortable, inspiring place for Sims to relax and practice their #art and #music. Accidentally turned out a bit house-shaped, but I wanted some small rooms so those Sims with less-than-ideal musical talents don't disturb other Sims. I did test this with my Sims and there seemed to be good access and flow to the lot. #noCC #nomods #noMOO
