Magnolia University consists of four lots, I reccomend placing them all in Magnolia Promenade for a campus feel. This is the arts building for Magnolia University. It has multiple classrooms, 4 music practice rooms, and a movie theater in the basement. You can place it as an Arts Center, Museum, Lounge, or Bar.
