To be honest, this lot isn't even officially zoned for residential living, that's why the owner decided to turn it into much, much more. Using storage containers, several businesses are run including a #daycare #Cafe #bar #arcade #artscenter #foodcourt #retail #store and even a small #apartment too. You can really use this lot for whatever your heart desires (i'll change the lot type depending on what my sim a wants to do that day)
