I created this Arts Center for the world of Brindle Bay. I think it's one of my better builds. I built it so that my Sim had a place for the Upper Chefs to have a club hangout. There is a space for each creative art the center requires. Handiness room, cooking room, painting room, music rooms, photography studio, and even a bowling alley!
