Okay I may have gone a bit overboard with this build... I swapped the Blue Velvet into an Arts Center but in reality it is a little bit... more. I imagined this more as a fun hangoutspot for students, but at the same time this is a build which incorporates most of the random gameplay items that I never kno where to put.
