An arts center loosely based on the backdrop architecture in Newcrest. There's several children's activity tables, a diorama kit, a photoshoot room, clay to shape, instruments to play, woodworking tables and easels (both indoors and on balconies), two bars, a dance floor, a floor mural in a small garden, a small building with some extra restrooms, and an attic room with a keyboard and violin for Sims that prefer less traffic.
