I got sick of meh community lots. It's techincally a concert theater but it'd make a great in game wedding Venue. Outside in the tower, is the ticket office. The first floor has a tea/coffe station, bathrooms and stage entry. The second floor has stage prep and wardrobe, theater bar and the balcony seats. For those wondering the St James is a real theater in Wellington in NZ. It was the home of the Royal New Zealand until it closed due to earthquake damage. #Theater #Bar #Wedding #Music #Arts
