I renovated this build again, into a modern art museum. Downstaris there's the entrance area with the register, the lockers and a bistro. Then there's the big exhibition area with a room for film projects, an indoor garden and a seperate building for small concerts complete with an artist's wardrobe. Outside there's a big park area with a fountain and a pool. Upstairs, there's a small apartment, an office, a storage room, a staff bathroom and a special guest suite. #deligracy #museum #artmuseum
