Normally one would find these old #factory buildings demolished in #DelSolValley. A little scrubbing of sooty #brick & a dab of #paint here and there though brings this little fire-surviving #industrial into the realm of 'livable'. Why not reclaim it and give it a chance to stand for another decade or three?!
