The Old Sardine Factory used to be a staple in Windenburg but closed down once Sims realized that sardines are not that great. The factory sat empty for several years before it was bought and renovated by artists Ernest and Hettie VanCleasanoy. They decided to keep the graffiti and billboards as an homage to the Old Sardine Factory. Renovated offices and storerooms became bedrooms and the rooftop is now home to a garden and outdoor kitchen. #industrial #factory #artist #openfloor
