This is a small #theatre that doubles as an #artgallery. It can be either a Cafe (there's an upstairs patio) as well as a retail store for your sims to own. Lots of exposed brick walls are perfect to showcase your sims art work and photography. I would have included some art but the game thought it was cc. #nocc #retail
