I created this for the 100 Things Challenge for the #undertheplumbob Podcast. Though if you have dreams of owning a #artmuseum or #artgallery you could put this on a retail lot. It has space for 100 paintings with a small house in the back. The bottom of the house is an art studio and the top is a small loft apartment. The art studio is fully furnished with all of the career unlocks (I used a cheat code) but the upstairs is just gray walls so you can do what you want with it.
