This is meant to be a BOOKSTORE/CAFE/SECRET WITCHCRAFT SUPPLY STORE with an ART GALLERY on top. I made it for my artsy nerdy sim and her sister. The gallery looks empty because my sim doesn't own this build yet. On the right, you can have two sims live upstairs. The ground floor is unfurnished to keep it affordable. To live here, you'll have to buy a seperate residential lot (could be empty) and buy this as a business. Then, you can travel here and never 'go home'. #bookstore #artgallery #cafe
