this took me too long to be so simple... I hate that all the lots have to be seperated in the sims4, i do. Here is one lot with a café, art gallery and toys shop, you can just change the lot type to fit you, all the criteria should be met for the three! With activities for any age, i have made a park area with a playground, roller-skate rink and an outside seating area for a little juicebar :D had a lot of fun in debut for this one :D #Park #Café #Retail #ArtGallery #Artstudio #Community
