The 2nd build in my Newcrest series. This arts center has everything you need to build your creative skills and includes a jazz bar and a kids creativity room (with some toddler items added). I'm not completely thrilled with how this came out, but I've run out of inspiration for it. Architecture is very very loosely based on the Renzo Piano Pavilion in Fort Worth, TX.
