The retail lot for my GTW household. It's somewhat New York inspired. It has an art emporium to sell artwork in, with a 1 bedroom apartment on top. A public bathroom with lounging area on top. As well as a photography store at the back with an art tudio underneath. Beside the photography store is a space where you can build another "building".
