Prism Art Studio
I have tried to stay faithful to the sims 3 design, except the interior layout. Ive changed the gallery into a one bedroom loft apartment and the building opposite has an art studio on the bottom floor and a 3 bedroom house on the second and third and a study in the attic. the club is still a club. the lot is placed on a 50x50 due to lack of 40x40, you could also place it on a 50x40, with a little editing #artstudio #art #painting #gallery #noCC #artclub #loft #warehouse #factory #gettogether
