The cultural ARTCOR center ocassionally hosts celebrity meet & greets on the 1st floor. On the 2nd floor, aspiring students learn the art of composing good songs and alluring paintings. The yard is usually filled with teens and artists but not on Saturdays, that's when local dj's come to throw epic parties.
