For better than average success, delete the TV and instruments from the stage across from the wedding venue before the wedding starts. If you can use mods, grab LittleMsSam's lot trait to keep fans and paparazzi out. I think I would have had 100% success if a celebrity hadn't spawned in another part of the park, their fans were wedding crashing.
