This build is my own real life first starter home, that I may have spruced up a little by adding a pool. Arizona has a lot of these style houses with big gravel yards called "zero scaping". I loved the passthrough to the backyard when I first saw this house, plus the steepled ceilings with a decorative wooden beam across it in both the master and the living room, which you can't do with this build mode (yet).
