#UpsideDownhouse is based off the real life house 9601 Oak Pass Road in Beverly Hills. I saw this house on the #ArchitecturalDigest Youtube channel and wanted to recreate it. I definitely had to give my self creative freedom to adjust the house to be more sim friendly. Theres room for expansion as I ended up with a large empty space that isn't in the orginal floorplan. It is a #modern #contemporary #luxury #NoCC mansion. 1 master suite, 2 other bedrooms and a guest/butler quarters.
