The Brindleton Botanical Garden did not fare well; neither the archeological site nor the beautiful greenhouse featuring the largest palm tree in the area attracted visitors. Drastic measures were taken: the town decided to build an annex into the cliffs to make space for a beautiful underwater glass tunnel, a viewing platform and student labs teaching the dangerous effects of pollution.
