Hello! I built this base game appartment complex. It has four appartments, one is designed for a freelancer/painter and they have a little bit more money. Right beside it, there is a appartment for two single sims or two student, that how I imagined it. In the corner there's room for a small colorful family appartment with two bedrooms!
