This is a building with 12 appartments, only 3 fully furnished ones because I want to keep my sanity. 2 appartments have very specific furnishings because they're for two of my latest sims, a witch and another girl I'll put on my galery. All the other 9 appartments just have the basic you can find while moving : kitchen an bathroom appliance. There's a common laundry room and garden.
