This building is insprired by parisian appartements and has 3 entrances. You can use it for your sims only, or lock the two other doors and let other sims live with you as tenants ( with the university expansion ). I have done the interior for a family of 4 Sims. It has a masterbedrom, 2 rooms for kids, a gym, an office and a roof floor you can turn into whatever you need.
