This is the starter house I have developed for Pinstar's #ApocalypseChallenge It has all the basics and can be expanded upstairs as necessary. It follows all of the rules required at the beginning of the apocalypse challenge, but I would reccommend bending the rules yourself and adding a bath (to be used only to bathe toddlers) and an emptied bookshelf (to help organise your storage).
