After a terrible incident in Newcrest's town square, the city was declared inhospitable. Mayor Mailbox had promessed to fix everything but the citizens were hoping for reconstruction, not a completely new city built on top of the old one! The Mayor is now advertising a mysterious new form of energy, while weird noises and lights seems to be coming from the old forbitten city below.
