In the US, we have a design called "Federalist" (it's like Colonial). Buildings are grand, oppulant & look beautiful day & night. 200+ years old, found mostly in D.C. & East Coast. They include simple angles, rectangular shape, tall ceilings, squared molding everywhere, cobels, marble, fancier wood and plaster. Lots of plaster. This design has 12 fully reno'd furnished apartments, diff sizes/options, 7 up, 5 below w/ outside entry. No detail forgotten! #federalist #apartments #grand #historic
